Terms and Conditions

GetSmartCA Dev provides software design, development, integration and support services under three engagement models: fixed project, monthly retainer and white-label licensing. Each engagement is formalized through a signed proposal defining scope, pricing and terms.

All custom code is delivered to the client on their own Git repository upon completion of payment. Third-party libraries keep their original licenses.

Tools, internal frameworks and base components owned by GetSmartCA Dev are licensed to the client with right of use, not of resale.

Payments follow the schedule agreed in the proposal: typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for fixed projects, or monthly advance billing for retainers.

Plans with support include a defined SLA (response times, service window, monitoring). Specific details are described in each contract.

GetSmartCA Dev is liable for the technical quality and proper execution of the contracted work. We do not assume liability for loss of profit or events outside our control (cloud provider outages, third-party API changes, etc.).
